Selling & Revenue
Kickback is Eventix's built-in affiliate and referral system designed for how events actually work in Barbados and the Caribbean. Whether you call them committee members, promoters, street teams, or brand ambassadors β Kickback lets you reward the people who help sell your event. Create an offer, share the link with your team, and let the platform handle tracking, attribution, and payouts automatically.
Kickback lets organizers reward anyone who helps sell tickets β committee members, promoters, influencers, or friends. Each person gets a unique referral link. Every sale made through that link earns them a commission β either a flat amount per ticket (e.g., BDS$10.00) or a percentage of the ticket price (e.g., 10%). No spreadsheets, no manual tracking β everything is automated.
In Barbados, event committees are the backbone of every fΓͺte, cruise, and festival. Kickback turns your committee into a motivated sales force. Each member gets their own link, sees their own stats, and earns transparently. No more collecting cash or arguing over who sold what β the platform tracks every sale to the person who drove it.
Go to your event management page β Affiliates tab β 'Enable Affiliate Program'. Choose your reward type: β’ Flat Amount β e.g., BDS$10.00 per ticket sold. Best for events with a single ticket tier. β’ Percentage β e.g., 10% of the ticket price. Best for events with multiple tiers (Early Bird, General, VIP) so promoters earn more on higher-priced tickets. Set optional limits on how many affiliates can join, and choose Public (anyone can join) or Private (invite only).
Once your offer is live, share it with your committee members. They can sign up at the Kickback page on Eventix, accept the terms, and instantly get their unique referral link. Send the link via WhatsApp group, email, or DM β each member signs up individually so they get their own tracking dashboard. For private offers, only people you direct to the page will see the offer.
Each committee member shares their unique link on social media, in group chats, or sends it directly to friends and contacts. When someone buys a ticket through that link, the sale is automatically attributed to that member. They can share it anywhere β Instagram stories, WhatsApp statuses, Facebook posts, or text messages.
As the organizer, you see every affiliate's performance from the Affiliates tab: β’ Total clicks per affiliate β’ Tickets sold per affiliate β’ Revenue driven per affiliate β’ Total rewards owed Committee members see their own stats on their Kickback Dashboard β clicks, conversions, and earnings β all updated in real time.
After the event, committee members request payouts from their Kickback Dashboard once their balance reaches the BDS$40.00 minimum. The Eventix team reviews and processes payouts. Members can add their bank account to their profile for direct deposits. The platform retains a transparent 20% service fee. For example, if a member earns BDS$200.00 in commissions, they receive BDS$160.00.
From the Affiliates tab on your event management page you can: β’ Pause or reactivate the offer at any time β’ See which members are your top sellers β’ Adjust reward amounts before tickets go on sale β’ Delete the offer entirely if needed β’ Set a maximum number of affiliates
