Delivery, Currency & Merchant Information

1. What we sell

Eventix is an online ticketing marketplace. We sell electronic admission tickets and related digital add-ons (for example refund protection, bar credit and organiser services) for live events such as parties, concerts, festivals and fitness sessions. Every event page states the event name, date, start time, venue, ticket type, what each ticket includes and the exact price before you pay. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery policy

• Tickets are delivered electronically and immediately after your payment is approved: on the confirmation screen, by email to the address you entered at checkout, and inside My Tickets when you are signed in.
• Each ticket carries a unique QR code that is scanned at the venue door for entry.
• Delivery is normally instant. If an email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will re-send it at no cost.
• Tickets purchased with cash-at-door or instalment plans are reserved immediately, and full entry rights apply once payment is completed as described at checkout.
• Where an organiser applies special conditions (minimum age, dress code, ID requirement, timed entry), those conditions are shown on the event page before purchase and form part of your ticket.

3. Transaction currency

All card transactions are processed and settled in Barbados Dollars (BBD), unless a different currency is explicitly displayed on the payment page. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for convenience only; your card is charged the BBD amount confirmed at checkout. Your issuing bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fees.

4. Merchant details

Eventix is operated by RYDR Global, a company registered and permanently established in Barbados, the jurisdiction of our acquiring bank.

Card payments are acquired in Barbados and will appear on your statement as RYDR GLOBAL.

5. Export and territory restrictions

Tickets are digital and are not exported as goods. Access to an event is limited to the venue and country stated on the event page, and admission remains subject to the venue's own entry rules and local law. We do not sell to persons or territories subject to applicable sanctions, and purchases may be declined where local law prohibits the sale.

6. Customer service

Email support@eventix.cloud or use the Support centre. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Payment security

Card details are entered on a hosted, PCI DSS compliant payment page provided by our gateway, PowerTranz, and transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. Eventix never sees, stores or transmits your full card number, expiry date or security code — only a gateway token and the last four digits are retained so you can recognise a saved card. Card transactions are authenticated with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check). See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

8. Recurring payments

Some Eventix products (organiser subscriptions, microsites and instalment plans) bill on a schedule. Before any recurring agreement starts we show you the amount, whether it is fixed or variable, the billing dates and whether those dates are fixed or variable, and we confirm the agreement by email within two business days. Any change to the amount or date is communicated by email at least seven working days before the next payment, as is any restart after six months without a payment or the end of a trial or promotional period. You can cancel a recurring agreement at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure and processed by PowerTranz.
