1. Overview
The Eventix Kickback Program ("Program") allows registered users ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by promoting events listed on the Eventix platform. By joining the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Kickback Program, you must:
- Be a registered Eventix user with a verified email address.
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Agree to these Kickback Program Terms & Conditions.
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Program.
3. How the Program Works
Organizers may create affiliate offers for their events, setting a reward amount (flat fee or percentage of ticket price) and choosing whether the offer is public or invite-only. Affiliates can join available offers, receive a unique referral link, and earn commissions when tickets are purchased through their link.
4. Commission & Fees
- Reward amount: Set by the event organizer (e.g., $5–$15 per ticket or a percentage of the ticket price).
- Platform fee: Eventix retains 20% of the reward amount as a platform service fee. The remaining 80% is credited to the Affiliate.
- Example: If the organizer sets a $10 reward per ticket, Eventix takes $2 (20%) and the Affiliate earns $8 (80%).
5. Payouts
- Minimum threshold: Affiliates may request a payout once their available balance reaches a minimum of $20 USD (or equivalent).
- Payout schedule: Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer.
- Bank account required: You must have a valid bank account on file in your Eventix profile to receive payouts.
- International transfers: Supported but may incur additional banking fees, which are the responsibility of the Affiliate.
6. Affiliate Conduct
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote events honestly and accurately — do not misrepresent event details, pricing, or availability.
- Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices.
- Not use paid advertising that impersonates Eventix or event organizers without permission.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting events (e.g., "I earn a commission from this link").
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:
- Self-referrals — purchasing tickets through your own affiliate link.
- Click fraud, bot traffic, or artificial inflation of clicks or sales.
- Creating fake accounts to generate referral commissions.
- Promoting events using misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempting to manipulate or bypass the platform's tracking systems.
8. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are attributed to the Affiliate whose referral link was used at the time of purchase. Eventix uses cookies and session tracking to attribute sales. If a buyer uses multiple affiliate links, the last link clicked before purchase receives the credit.
9. Termination
- Eventix may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- You may voluntarily leave the Program at any time. Pending commissions above the minimum threshold will still be paid out.
- Upon termination, all affiliate links will be deactivated and no further commissions will be earned.
10. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on their affiliate earnings. Eventix does not withhold taxes on affiliate payouts. You may be required to provide tax identification information depending on your jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
Eventix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
12. Modifications
Eventix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts.
